You don't need to worry about packet queuing or flow analysis lags.
In addition, there are network cards with two 100GbE QSFP28 ports, supporting full speed with very low latency. This is critical when dealing with data center traffic or wanting to analyze DDoS attacks at your infrastructure entrance.
